Hi i just bought a Jazz bass deluxe 24 fret and it has all the upgrades most people put on their fenders except a bad $@! bridge. It looks like a bad $@! bridge would not fit on the particular model has anyone else up graded their bridge?

Why would you want to change? The Jazz 24 has a hi-mass bridge, so there is no advantage to putting on a BadAss.

Also I preferred the bridge on the Jazz 24 anyway because with a BadAss you can't get the action as low as the stock bridge.
