My preamp quit working all of a sudden. When I toggle all I get thru my amp is a buzzing noise. Works in passive mode. I have changed both nine volt batteries but still does not work. Fairly good troubleshooter if someone could me some things to check

Thanks for the help

Don't you have Lifetime Warranty? What does Fender have to say about it?

OK 1 year warranty on electronics and 'Limited Lifetime Warranty' on everything else. So what do you want to do?

Took closer look at 9 volt battery connectors. Bent prongs on one terminal when changing battery. Will replace with new

Well that's a bummer! Fender Authorized Repair Center if you want to keep it stock, as Fender won't simply sell you a new pre-amp unit to install yourself. Then there are the Fender compatible aftermarket pre-amps for you to research and choose. Good Hunting!
