i just got my mim jbass yesterday used off of the guy who runs my local guitar store i got it for a really good deal and there is no major scratches or anything he sold because he s a guitar player had no use for it. it was a spur of the moment decision to buy it but i want a little more info on it all i got was it was made in 2000-2001 the serial number is MZO 091 and so forth

You're right about the date, 00-01 Mexico. Is there something specific you're wanting to know?

Good move knocking back the serial number...a favored way of writting s/n on the net is a format like this: MZ0123xx.
Use X's for the last numbers.
