I decided to start a new thread on MIM Jazz Bass Project. It is finished for now, I'll add the bridge and pickup cover later. Check out the number of pole pieces on the Bill Lawrence ( www.billlawrence.com ) Jazz Bass pickups.

That is kinda the look I was looking for. The Bridge and Pickup covers will complete the look I want.

If I had the extra cash sitting around I would buy up a basket case or two and make them back into nice looking playable guitars/basses. I forgot how much fun it is to do this.

Yes it is. I had to move it towards the neck 7/8 in. to get the cover to fit. String length did not change.

Cool, someone, somewhere here asked if it would fit putting a cover on the BA II bridge, noone seems to know. Now if I can search the thread, I can help that guy.
