I believe so. It's a natural thing I guess.

It's been a while since I've been at a live show. Ticket prices took the air out of those balloons.

You know why, it's because most people use streaming services these days, and those pay crap for royalties, so they got to make up for it somewhere. It's not like the old days where a label will sign you and you can sell a bunch of albums, that sort of thing. Then again, those record companies pretty much pimped you out, anyway.

I also imagine the bigger show, the cost has to reflect that, too. You got to pay the people that set all of that stuff up, with lighting, PA, amps, whatever else, and they have to move it from place to place. Then there's other people involved besides that. Guitar techs, other techs, caterers, if there's food or whatever backstage. Of course, I'm talking about the big acts, like The Stones, or whatever. I imagine they probably have personal assistants, as well. All of these people have to get paid, then there is the venues themselves, and the people working there, besides the bands and road crews coming in.

Hey, you tried different things with it. Sometimes, it's cool to change things up a bit, get a different look, or whatever. Either one of them works for it, I think. 8)

That's the way I looked at it to Paul. I do like the Black Moto PG I have on it, it's my favorite pattern to have for a Black Moto. The real bottom line on this Player Jazz, I really dig it. "It's GROOVY MAN!" RIGHT ON!Image

Oh, OK. You decided to keep it after all, then?

Yep. I'm back with the Black Moto PG on the Jazz. If it weren't for the Buttercream finish, with almost any other finish I would choose for on a Jazz, the White would be a second, or maybe a third choice, a Tort PG. This Buttercream is pretty outright cool.

Yeah, I have to admit, it's one of my favorite Fender finishes. I guess I like yellow, or yellow tinted finishes on instruments, because yellow is a very uplifting, positive color, I think. I wear a lot of black, to I guess it also balances that out. :P

I was a bit hot, and cold on some of the yellow finishes in the past. But the Buttercream on the Jazz, with the Maple fretboard really changed my opinion. I'm glad I gave the Black Moto PG, a bit of time. Image
