I Think I did a good move by going with the two Epi's. I do like the EB-3's configuration to an EB-3L.

I like the SG style of course, with the long scale.

That is a cool style. It makes me bummed out that I couldn't have got that Epiphone EB-0 bass when I had the chance, but the tuner on the E string didn't seem to work on it, when I tried to tune it up. Some idiot in the store detuned it, and other basses in there before I went in there, I guess. Maybe he screwed the thing up. That shop was kind of a hack joint, anyhow. They did go out of business, and they were a chain store.

You never can tell, even today. Who knows what some of these fools know, or don't know.

That's true. Ironically, a single bass tuner would have been an easier fix than dealing with the neck issues that I've had with the Peavey, or whatever the hell was wrong with it, and that weird buzzing on the A string that it used to have. I still don't know what's going to happen with it, when I eventually are able to get flats for it. I still have to address the ground hum on it, too.

"A" strings seem to be a problematic one with buzzing issues. At least from what I've observed over time.

Yeah, I've noticed that has been the case.

I haven't either. I just know it sucks when it gives you trouble.

It's somewhat rare I've had "A" string issues though.

I've really only had one bass with that issue, and that is the Peavey.

That's definitely an odd one.

Well, that seemed to have stopped when I did change the strings on it, so go figure. I still have to do some work to it, though.

Doesn't that figure? One thing at a time I guess.
