I am looking for some Hot Rod Deluxe Settings from users that play rock/metal. In addition, some celebrity settings if available.

Thanks

To be honest with you, I have been playing mine for a year and only use the clean channel. I use pedals for distortion and so forth. I havent been able to get the OD1 and OD2 channels to sound the way I want them.

I have a Boss ME-50 and just use it to dial in disortions. Some people have bought tube sets off of Eurotubes.com to make the OD more usable.

Thanks for the response, and I do have a tube screamer which does a good job to distort and dirty the sound. However, there are so many other changes/options with settings to the screamer and amp. Therefore, what is best settings that users are using, for example, how much/less drive, presence, treble, bass, middle etc......

:D

Use a volume control between the Pre. and the Power amp to saturate the pre. tubes!

You can use a volume control to make the preamp tubes work harder than they would at lower volumes, by thinking they are at higher volumes, which in turn causes saturation or natural distortion at lower volume levels!

That was probably hard to understand, after I read it! What it does is turn the power amp down but keep the preamp high, introducing distortion!
