Does anyone know how to get a foot switch for the new champion 40. The manual says it's part # 0097298000, but this doesn't seem to exist on the website. My son loves the amp (BDay gift) and I think the clean is very good! Thanks for any help.

I looked for quite some time and it does not seem anyone sells one. Might want to contact your local Fender dealer about getting one.

I called Fender. The footswitch exists, but is so new that it's not on the market yet, and won't be till about April 2014.

A 40 foot switch seems a bit big to me. You could reach it from anywhere on stage, though.

I know this thread is a few months old, but I too have a Champion 40 and am looking for the footswitch as well. Fender still has none and now told me July (originally April). Anyone know if there is there another switch that may work? Thanks.
