Was wondering if any of the MIM or MIJ/CIJ bolts line up with a std 4 bolt strat pattern? I'd kinda like to use a MIJ/CIJ version as there's no microtilt hardware to mess with. :?:

Welcome!

No 3 bolt pattern then or now lines up with a 4 bolt pattern regardless of country of origin.

Well if you have a 3 bolt neck is it a real 70's Strat? If so it is worth trying to keep original as long as it plays good. Next if the neck is a original 70's and the neck is not repairable I would just go to Warmoth and get a new three bolt from them so that I could make the guitar play correctly with out doing anything to the body.

3 hole....4 hole....5 hole....whats the difference.

I just get out the box of drywall screws and start drilling!!!

It'l hold!

Whats the difference :!: Depending on which three hole model 70's guitar about 1000. to 4000. in value compared to four hole 80's guitars!
