If You Are With Windows Xp, Or Vista, Or 7
Try This
Uninstall Everything Completely / Make Sure You Delete The Fender Folder From C; / Program files / folder, sometimes this requires a reboot
download the application again but before you double click to start install / right click the install file / and select run as administrater / then continue with the install

Hi everybody,

I just purchased a G-DEC 3-30, and I tried to install the Fender Fuse from the DVD which is coming together with the amp. Unfortunately, it was impossible. I was able to watch the video tutorials, but when I tried to run the DVD-ROM section in order to install the software, a message appeared saying that I need a DVD driver. I am not a PC specialist, and my question is why I need a DVD driver as long as I am able to watch the tutorial video content? what should I do? Please help!

I upgraded to 2.4 in January 2012 and have not been able to get Fuse started since. I have also tried both 2.6 versions with no luck. I have xp sp3 pro. I tried the ts.bat file which got fuse open but greyed out but I still get 'FUSELauncher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

I have latest silverlight, am an admin account.

Please help
