I just got one in today, which I ordered from E-Bay on Sunday. I just installed it in my Squier Butterscotch Affinity Telecaster and man, what a major difference in the guitar's sound. I only paid 6 bucks for the kit and it was definitely worth it. I'm just wondering if anybody on here ever ordered one and installed it in their guitars .

It's a resistor and a capacitor. I don't know how people have the gall to charge that much.

Did the $6.00 include shipping?

By the way, I have installed the Greasebucket in my AVRI 52 Tele (with Seymour Duncan Vintage Stacks), my MIM Standard Strat (with Fender SCNs), and my Squier Esquire (with a Dimarzio vintage stack). I like it a lot. :D

Try the Bill Lawrence Qfilter if you like that. Brilliant bit of kit that uses an inductor rather than a capacitor. It acts on the mids as well as not adding bass whilst the treble is reduced. Makes for some interesting faux acoustic sounds on a Tele.

Price may be a bit high but if you got $6 worth of enjoyment from it who cares?
