I am putting some new fuses in my blues jr. I had taken them out a while ago and haven't used the amp since, so I am wondering if the f2a goes in the small slot or the big one. It's a green circuit board with an f2a and f1a fuse socket.

Yes, the 2 amp (F1) goes in the big spot on the far left edge of the circuit board. But the other, smaller fuse, should be a 5 amp (F2), and it goes a few inches to the right of the 2 amp. The F2 fuse isn't shown on some of the schematics.
